Brian Murray, CEO, Ryan Companies, US Inc., PCCFF Board Member

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer of Ryan Companies, where he oversees the development, communication and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives, with particular focus on organizational finances, operations and administration. He joined Ryan in 2009 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, leading the construction operations and shared services functions of the company.
Brian connects with other industry thought leaders through his participation and membership in the Construction Industry Roundtable. He is a current board member of the PrairieCare Child & Family Fund, which provides resources for mental health awareness in schools, and a past board chair of the Twin Cities Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, an inner-city college preparatory school for under-resourced youth. 
Sara Ratner, Co-Founder, Proximal Health Msp & SVP Government and Strategy, Revel Health

A proven leader in the healthcare industry, Sara was the CEO of HealthEHR where she helped venture-backed organizations develop Medicare and Medicaid program strategies for emerging markets leveraging CMS and state frameworks to generate opportunities for program development and expansion. She has also served as SVP, Corporate Systems and Compliance at RedBrick Health, President of NeoPath Health, and as General Counsel, VP of Strategic Partnerships and Human Resources at CVS CareMark (MinuteClinic division).
Sara serves on several Boards of Directors, including Proximal Health, a venture-backed health insurance company that she co-founded; she has also previously served on other for-profit and nonprofit Boards of Directors. Throughout her career Sara has received notable awards such as the Business Journal Top 25 Women to Watch, Top 40 under 40, and was named part of Twin Cities Business Real Power 50.
She earned a B.A, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, and her J.D. from St. Louis University graduating magna cum laude.
Todd Archbold, CEO, PrairieCare ​

​Todd Archbold is the Chief Executive Officer at PrairieCare. With a background as a social worker, Todd has helped to lead the organization through diversification of clinical services, and expansion efforts becoming the largest psychiatric medical group in the region. He has lead the development of numerous sites and programs to meet the needs of the community, as well as creating innovative partnership with other community providers. Todd is also the Executive Director of the statewide Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL), offering consultation to primary care providers and has garnered national recognition.

Erica is a managing Principal at St. Paul based architecture firm Pope Architects where she leads and manages the firm's healthcare practice and interior design studio. She has designed a wide array of healthcare facilities across the Twin Cities and throughout the Midwest. Erica has been instrumental in developing and shaping the firm's Behavioral and Mental Health design practice, where she is able to combine her strong passion for reducing stigmas surrounding mental health with thoughtful design. Erica is driven to help create mental and behavioral health facilities that provide patients with a sense of equality, support and reassurance for their healing.
