What to wear: Now, this is the FUN questions!! In a typical year, in-person attendees would be following the dress code which is formal, gala attire. But, this is not a typical year! This year's event is a 1920's soiree. Meaning, it's time to dust off those sequins, feathers, fringes, top hats & tails. YOU NAME IT!! If that's not your style, well gala attire or all black will do just fine too. For those of you volunteering for set-up and not attending the event, we encourage you to wear what is most comfortable for YOU! A volunteer lanyard will be provided.
What to know: Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your shift. After parking please proceed to the main door of the venue via street, head to the 'Volunteer Check-In' table here, Mandy Peterson will provide you with a name badge and a brief run through of your responsibilities. Plan to dress for your appropriate shift and bring if preferred, a personal water bottle and snacks. This venue has have a dedicated room available for use to house your personal items.
