- Our Culture. We are cheerful, joyful, inspired group! Our event attendees are supporting AMAZING things, and we want our energy to match the occasion. Every gala attendee and guest should be welcomed and treated with respect, patience and encouragement. When you see attendees and event contributors at the event, please make sure to give a hearty THANK YOU for all they do to support youth mental health.
- Gala IQ. Please familiarize yourself with the event layout & timeline (provided day-of). Attendees may ask things that aren't always related to your specific area. Be ready to answer questions about our event!
- Extend Yourself. If you've only assigned to one shift, please consider adding another. We always need more help with set-up and tear-down.
- Event Spokespeople. All official announcements will be made by PrairieCare Fund Staff. Please defer any questions beyond the scope of your knowledge to staff, committee, or board members.
