OUR MISSION

PrairieCare Fund's mission is to support mental health initiatives in education through grants & advocacy. In May, PrairieCare Fund, which launched in March 2016, awarded $185,000 in grant funding to TEN Minnesota school districts & non-profits to support mental health education and training to those who support or provide educational services to youth. Since 2016, a total of $545,000 has been awarded to TWENTY-SEVEN school districts throughout the state!

The Night of Impact Virtual Gala is a truly remarkable evening which will feature personal stories telling the impact the granted funds have made in the lives of educators, students, families and our communities! This year's gala will also feature exclusive auction items, games, fabulous food & live entertainment! Mental illness touches ALL of us. Since March of this year, 1 in 2 of us are at risk for developing a mental illness. We need your help to provide mental health education, prevent suicides, and reduce stigmas in schools across the state.
